President
Lysette has been in the escrow industry since 1986 and earned her Certified Escrow Officer designation in 1991. After working with some of the largest and most respected escrow companies in Southern California, she founded Premium Escrow, Inc. in 1992. Under her leadership, the company has continued to grow and thrive.
Her career began in Property Management in 1980, and she also holds a California Real Estate License. With over 40 years of experience handling all types of escrows—including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Tract, and Vacant Land—Lysette brings extensive knowledge to every transaction. She specializes in 1031 Exchanges, offering clients a high level of expertise in complex and time-sensitive transactions.
Known for her positive attitude, determination, and hands-on leadership style, Lysette excels at managing even the most challenging escrows. She is highly energetic, thorough, and assertive when it comes to efficient processing. Lysette personally oversees every escrow file in the office and works directly with each client, ensuring exceptional service and accurate, timely closings. She is committed to stopping at nothing to make sure every escrow closes smoothly and successfully.
